Campfire Baked Apples

Ingredients

Granny Smith Apples Butter Brown sugar Cinnamon candies Caramels

Directions Make sure you have a Granny Smith Apple for everyone! Core the apple, leaving a thin layer on the bottom. In the cored out area, put a pat of butter and a tablespoon of brown sugar (less for smaller apples.)

Wrap the apples in foil, (for really HOT coals double wrap). Place the apples on the coals, and roll every 10 minutes. Cook for about 30 minutes, dependant on how hot your fire is.
Serve with a whipped topping, ice cream, cheese, or just as they are off the fire.
