Yields: 2 cups
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of buttermilk
2 Tablespoons of finely chopped green onions (tops only)
1/4 Teaspoon of onion powder
2 Teaspoons of minced parsley
1/4 Teaspoon of garlic powder or 1/2 to 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
1/4 Teaspoon of paprika
1/8 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
1/4 Teaspoon of black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate.
