1 lb. ground beef
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can pinto beans
1 can tomato soup
1 onion chopped
Brown meat and onion then drain. Add soup and beans. Let this simmer. Meanwhile mix the cornbread mix according to directions. Put the meat mixture into a casserole dish and pour the cornbread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May top with shredded cheese if desired.
